EVENT OVERVIEW

Get ready for a full day of teamwork, relaxation, and celebration!

Team Building 2026 is a whole-day activity designed to strengthen camaraderie, refresh our shared purpose, and foster unity within RPRMD. This gathering aims to promote teamwork, collaboration, and positive engagement in a relaxed resort setting.

The activity will take place at Santiago’s Resort, located along Guadalene Drive, Lower Cabatangan, Zamboanga City. Participants are requested to proceed directly to the venue, as the activity will be conducted outside the usual office setting.

The program will begin in the morning with team-building activities, games, and interactive sessions. Meal breaks, intermission numbers, and recreational activities will be conducted throughout the day. The schedule is flexible to allow smooth flow of activities and maximum participation.

In the evening, the program will transition into awarding, messages, dinner, and social activities, ending with a fun and relaxed celebration.

RECOMMENDED ATTIRE

Resort-Casual

Participants are encouraged to wear or bring:

• Light and comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor and resort activities
  (linen shirts, polo shirts, blouses, sundresses, dressy shorts)

• Comfortable footwear (sandals, flats, rubber shoes, or loafers)

• Optional accessories such as hats, sunglasses, swimwear, or light jackets for evening hours
